Quality of Service (QoS) for RRAS

Hi Experts,

I have setup a RRAS server that serves as a VPN Server to which clients connects. Now I am trying to implement QoS for those clients.The clients are not part of the domain.

The pool of IPs in the RRAS is public. The VPN server has high bandwidth purchased which clients use for browsing.

Any suggestions on how to QoS the clients for the public IPs and Bandwidth....????
