We are planning a creating a new child domain for our branch stores, about 400 locations and join each location to the new domain for central management and SCOM monitoring and group policy deployment. We are planning on deploying RODCs for each location(Each location with approximately 8 computers) and was inquiring what the requirements and limitations of implementing a RODC at each location. Is there a limit to the number of RODCs allowed on a domain? How many DCs are needed to run 400+ RODCs. Any Recommendations or other options would be appreciated.
