DCHP not giving IP on new Clients

Hi,

I'm running win2k8r2 on a VM and both machines are my AD, DNS and DHCP. One machine has having multiple troubles due to misconfigurations of the previous IT so I am forced to shutdown the machine and seize FSMO roles. It is a successful operations when I promoted another DC.

However, I'm having problem with my DHCP server because it was not giving IP addresses to new machines. Since we are implementing allow filter to the old DHCP server, we just copied the allow filters to new DHCP Server.
