RADIUS: Define port Range and exception in IP FILTER

Hi,

I am just wondering how to define in Microsoft Radius the basic NW conditions:

• IP Filters for a port range: 

Example from Cisco AV Pair: ip:inacl#1=permit tcp 192.168.60.0 255.255.255.0 host 10.3.49.30 range 19000 19100

• how to define filter to allow communication to specified subnet only without explicit IP

Example: default policy is denny, then exception is subnet 192.168.1.0/24 and I would like to restrict communication to router 192.168.1.1
