Delete DNS records from DNS server without permission

Hi all,

At the end of a long week without enough sleep I managed to set the "domain user" permissions for a record in our DC DNS server as "Full Control" "Deny" and now I need to delete it and cannot. How do I get round this? (Login as a non domain user? Re-install the DNS server role?) I am a domain administrator.
