We recently migrated to a new radius server and a problem has cropped up. This only happens on windows devices that are part of the domain.
1. when trying to logon as a new user I get the message about there are no logon servers.(can't talk to dc)
2. when logging on with precached profile have to attach network cable before wireless login works.(work thereafter)
I have absolutely no idea. how to diagnose or deal with this. I have looked at 2 other sources and determined that they are not what i'm dealing with because it worked before.
These laptops were not touched all summer the only change was on the network side. Migrated radius from ias to nps.
No changes to group policy were made regarding the laptops ether.
