Changing DHCP Server Hostname

Hi

What the procedure or step before we changing the DHCP Server Hostname?

The situation I want to change DHCP server name from "DHCP01" to "DHCP02" but IP Address still same. Should I stop the DHCP service? Unauthorized first?
