dnscmd /remove RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE

I had 2 hosts that had old IPS and same DNS names and not longer availale

I brought up 2 new hosts with same DNS names but different IPs but when I try to delete the old records from DNS

it gives this error

I can longer ping that IP. the IP of that dns hosts needs to be updated
