We have a Cisco loadbalancer in front of two IIS on Windows Server 2012 R2. All traffic from our internal clients to the servers is encrypted with IPSec. When Node1 fails and clients are supposed to fail over to Node2 the failover takes 6-7 minutes. This is too long.
The clients are on Windows 7 (soon Windows 10). Are the settings in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/980915 also available in Windows Server 2012 R2? Is the fix built in? How is the support in Windows 10?
