Access Web Server URL

HI All,

   I'm trying to access the URL from Internal and couldn't access but i can from my home. ( Externally)

   From the office, this URL direct to local Web Server.

   URL: https://site.domainA.com  -->10.178.1.58

   External IP: 203.14.125.10

   Internal IP: 10.178.1.58

   Our Internal Domain is  NewBusiness.com and we have a DNS Conditional forwarders for  domainA.com 

   So if i put this url into our Proxy pac and set go direct will that work?
