I have an issue with server 2012 R2 where localhost:9090 will resolve to a Symantec EndPoint 12.1.6 Manager web, but the server IP will not display the page.
If I ping the server IP address, I get a normal IPv4 result.
If I ping the server name, I get a IPv6 result
If I ping local host I get the IPv6 ::1 result
There is only one NIC enabled on the server, and it is a static IP address. the preferred DNS is is the static IP address and the secondary DNS is the local loop back.
