Dear Experts,
Scenario:
1 : We have a Primary zone in which we have a host A record smtprelay.domain.com 10.9.42.120.
2 : We created another host entry smtphub.domain.com 10.9.42.120 in the same zone
3 : For some reason we deleted smtphub.domain.com 10.9.42.120
Now the issue is, whenever we ping smtphub.domain.com, we get
Ping request could not find host smtphub.unhcr.local. Please check the name and try again...which is correct
But whenever we ping smtphub.domain.com.domain.com it resolves 10.9.42.120
nslookup gives the same results. We are not able to find where this entry is located so we can delete it.
