What's a problem after making NTLM be DISABLE?

Hi everyone !!

NTLM has a vulnerability (CVE-2002-0419), and I want to make NTLM be DISABLE.

What are problems after doing it ? (If there any problems for services, applications, or OS, plz tell me them in detail)

If Kerberos fails, then Kerberos fallback to NTLM. If NTLM is DISABLE, where Kerberos fallback to ? 

Why does MS provide any patches for CVE-2002-0419 ?

Is there any way for avoiding from CVE-2002-0419?
