Windows explorer resolve host name in LAN but not the IP address.

Hi All,

         There is shared folder system in our LAN (172.16.17.104) is the IP and host name is Gss-mys-iview.

In windows explorer when I type \\Gss-mys-iview it gives access to shared folder and all files visible , but when I type \\172.16.17.104 ( I am sure the IP is 100% correct) , I get the following error

Please let me know How can I solve this , In some systems it work fine though.
