I have enabled the MAC filters for our DHCP server. I like the security of it, but fail to see the functionality. I would like to be able to approve systems to be on our network, without manually adding the MAC address to the 'Allow' filter. I have looked for a way inside of DHCP to add new clients that have connected to the network and are denied due to the filter.
Question:
Is there a way to approve clients without manually typing in their MAC address?
