Hello,
I’m experience an problem with the setup of a new Radius server. I’ve installed radius by the videomanual from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeTMlFLZlLM
I’ve recreated my network (we are a school, so in the holiday’s had we the possibility to set the servers offline). I’ve installed new domaincontrollers
The forest structure is:
Company.eu (10.10.1.1)
Students.company.eu (10.10.2.1)
The NPS is installed on company.eu. The DHCP is installed on students.company.eu. The users who needs to connect via radius are created on students.company.eu and set in a group called gl_wifiaccess.
In the policies > network policies is in the first tab (overview) the policy enabled, grant access is ticked and Ignore user account dail-in properties is also ticked.
In the conditions the windows Groups is set to gl_wifiaccess and NAS Port Type is set Wireless – IEEE 802.11 OR Wireless – Other.
In Constraints the methods PEAP and EAP-MSCHAP v2 are configurated.
In settings are all the standard values set.
The shared secret between the accesspoints and the server is also correct.
When I want to connect with a computer using a correct username and password I’m getting “the user attempted to use an authentication method that is not enabled on the matching network policy.”
Anybody an idea what is going wrong?
It's is very urgent because the school is back in business from 1 september
