VNC Viewer not working over VPN but remote desktop does.

Hi Guys,

I have setup a Vpn server (Win Server 2012 R2) in my office network so that i can work from home by connecting through vpn connection. But i have this problem to remote to other client in the network using VNC viewer (VNC to server work just fine). FYI, i can ping all the clients and using remote desktop connection seems fine. It's just that i get "connection time out" using VNC. i am still looking for a solution over the Internet but so far no help at all.Below is the details of the networking details:

Telnet to client using rdp port (3389) shows no problem but through VNC port (6138) it just won't connect. Do i have to open any ports in my vpn server ? Please assist me
