Hey all,
Ran into a situation today that I haven't seen before.
2 x 2012 R2 DA servers ready to go into an externally local balanced configuration.
An incorrect NLB config was applied, swapping the Dedicated and VIP's.... leaving the server uncontactable.
Via the console, we can get in and remove the DA components, but entering the "correct" IP onto the NIC doesn't work, as the NIC has still be modified somewhere to have the NLB config.
This doesn't seem to show up on the properties of the NIC anywhere, nor via powershell.
Removing and re-adding the NIC also does not seem to work.
How on earth do I get rid of the NLB properties on a NIC once applied from DA ?
(and no, I cant use NLB manager, as this was configured for external NLB, not Windows NLB)
