Server failure error when creating a revers lookup zone.

In my DC (2012R2) when I nslookup the server is unknown (IPv6 is not the issue). So I wanted to update the pointer record but when I give the tick and update now it says there is no revers lookup zone.

So I went on to create a reverse lookup zone.

But at the final step of creating the reverse lookup zone it gives me an error saying: Server failure. cannot create reverse lookup zone.

Please provide an adequate solution.

There were some blogs already on this but they didn't seem to work.
