Domain Controllers wrong SRV records format

Hi I have issue on domain controllers 2012 DNS service  that it resolve wrong SRV record in wrong format , when i enable the debug on the DNS serves on random domain controllers i found following SRV which is not accurate at all 

0BE4 PACKET  000000D2D799D1C0 UDP Rcv 10.10.20.61     66a8 R Q [8281   DR SERVFAIL] SRV    _ldap._tcp.Sitename._sites.Domaincontrollername

although the correct SRV format record shall be like this 

_ldap._tcp.Sitename._sites.DnsDomainName

any one have idea
