Windows Server 2016 Domain - Forest/Domain Level

Hello,

I downloaded and installed the release (not preview!) version of WinServer2016 (from the mdsn site). Now when I'm creating a new domain it shows the highest possible forest/domain level as Windows Server Technical Preview:

Is it normal that Windows Server 2016 Standard edition offers to create "Technical Preview" forest/domain?
