Domain Selection Problem ADMT 0x80070005 Permissions

Hi all, I am migrating passwords forest A to forest B, both forests are Windows Server 2008 R2.

I am using ADMT and PES.

In ADMT gives me an error

ADMT is unable to connect to domain controller, in domain Source.domain.con. Access is denied (0x80070005)

This error I get in Domian Selection.

I'm utilizanod users in both domains are administrators of the scheme, the company ....

The user I am using this inside source forest Administrators also.

I have also noticed that when I indicate the domains, I do not get any DC in the dropdown
