DirectAccess not working for clients connected to specific node in NLB

Dear Experts,

We recently upgraded W2012 to W2012R2 DirectAccess NLB.

Node-1 was upgraded 1st and then node-2

We tested both the Nodes and were able to server the DirectAccess clients for 8 to 10 hours.
We found patches for W2012R2 on Node-1 only and we installed all the patches on Node-1
Since then clients connected to node-1 are not able to access any internal resources except RDP

IP-HTTPS tunnel is getting formed and we can see clients connected to Node-1 in the Remote Access Management console.

Currently we have stopped NLB and moved all the clients to Node-2
