On an Windows 2016 Server : Evaluation copy, attempted to assign 82599 VF devices. Not able to.
Used the Drivers available in PROWinx64.exe from Intel Website
Able to see the 82599 VF Drivers listed. But when probing andinitializing the Device it fails.
I see the following message.
