I have a Delima that I need some expert advice to overcome, I recently setup a Windows 2012 R2 Domain controller with DHCP, DNS installed. The problem that I am having is that I am using a subdomain name for my internal domain, for this example, let's call the internal domain corp.helpme.com. From My DC I am able to resolve that domain name without any issue but from a test laptop that I would like to join to my recently built domain, I am not able to resolve my internal domain name. I am certain this is DNS related but I am not sure what to do.
