Cannot delete old NS and A record

Hi

After a dirty shudown of a DC which now has a new IP address; its old IP address keeps appearing in the Name Severs folder for the zone as well as the old A record.

I try to remove it manually but it keeps coming back....

As we see above the xx.xx.xx.2 is the bad A address that keeps coming back (even if I delete it manually)

From the DNS forward lookup zone, Here we find duplicate A records for the same DNS hostname but only one IPaddress is correct (the .2 is the old one we want rid of)

Does anybody know how to remove the old NS and A records?
