I have a 2008 server using IIS 7. I am having a performance problem with IIS and having to do severall iis resets to resolve the issue. I need to diagnose the issue. I would like to use perfmon to monitor a specific app pool but am not sure what counters to use. I am a systems admin but i am not big on IIS. Do you have any suggestions on what counters to use to monitor and diagnose this issue?
