verify dhcp server from client workstation

On my workstation with win10, I typed "ipconfig /all" and I can see which dhcp server my workstation gets. But on another workstation with win7 and windows 2012 server, I typed "ipconfig /all" and I cannot see dhcp server ip to be listed. Is this due to some configuration missing or different o/s?
