I just got my hands on 1809 and my initial findings are that things are much better overall than with 1803.
One thing I want to point out that is a big deal for many is that manage-out actually works now. It still doesn't work with traffic filtering enabled but it never worked prior even without traffic filtering enabled.
I'm cautiously optimistic about 1809.
