I have Windows 2016 as RAS and NPS servers with AlwaysON VPN configured for IKev2.
Clients are Windows 10 1803 Enterprise Edition.
Usually, the VPN is working fine. When the user connect to a foreign network the device connect automatyally.
The problem is that it is not stable. Sometimes a client can not connect to the VPN even after rebooting the computer. The only known way for this to work again is to reboot the RAS server or remove the VPN profile from the client. If this happens to a client
it does not prevent other clients from connecting. Most of the time we return an error 809 but it is not systematic. There may be other error codes. We have had this problem for months and several actions have been taken but problem still occure.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
