We have 1 ip address that everyone uses for dns, for example dns is 192.168.1.49
We use the dns ip address of 192.168.1.49 as a secondary ip address for one of our domain controller. If that domain controller goes offline, we manually move that ip address to another domain Controller. This works fine, except it is a manual process.
Any suggestions for a better process to auto failover the dns ip address of 192.168.1.49 to another DC?
