RRAS Resets after GPO update

I'm not quite sure what is causing this issue. I am quite new to RRAS, but when the GPO gets pulled, RRAS settings get reset.

If I go into `SERVER_NAME` > Ports > WAN Miniport (SSTP), the inbound setting gets unchecked and the maximum ports gets rest to 5. Same things happens with the other port types.

I tried disabling all GPOs, but I still get the issue.

When I manually re-enable this setting, it works again and I can connect to the VPN service.
