Radius Server Issue/End user machine issue

Hi All,

We have a setup like end user machines connect WiFi automatically, i think for that RADIUS server is used. But in few machines WiFi connection keeps asking credentials to connect it. Is something need to check from RADIUS server/GPO end for end users?
