DNS Issue - Event 5781 NETLOGON every 5 hours

i have an issue with my server with the 5781 warning. My story starts like this i had a server working setup from fresh (DC & DNS & DHCP & File and storage Services) (DC was  'a.local.') and that i demoted the DC successfully but i did not not do a metadata clean up.
After that i would like to use the server in an other place and i renamed the server and setup a new domain (other name b.local) and i finished all the configurations and i am getting the 5781 warning  for the "" DNS records associated with DNS domain 'a.local.' failed & 'DomainDnsZones.a.local. & 'ForestDnsZones.a.local.'".
the warning is not always there it is coming and going after some hours (the last day it is every 5 hours)!
I checked in the DNS Manager there is no record! I checked in the ADSI Edit not record, In active directory site and services no record! I tried to do a metadata clean up but i see only the new DC.
When i run the dcdiag /s:a.local it passes the test successfully but i am getting the warning every 5 hours.  
In the netlogon.dns file i see the records of the a.local. with an " ' " in the beginning i think that this is comment out!
I would like to ask is there any way to clean then complete? Is this normal?
