Direct access on server2012 DNS Issue

Hi I'm trying to configure Direct Access on Windows Server 2012 with an internal and external interface but in the Operations Status dashboard I get two alerts:

1) None of the enterprise DNS servers 2002:x:x:x::1 used by DirectAccess clients for name resolution are responding.

2) The network adapters are either disconnected or disabled.

I already tried many differen things to resolve the DNS issue but failed to do so.I understood that Server 2012 now has DNS64 implemented and that the DA Server is playing a Proxy role for DNS for the DA clients, is that right? I have a few questions that aren't clear to me:

1) Where does it get the 2002 address it assigns automatically? I already tried to assign it on the ipv6 adapter of the external interface, then I can ping it but still DNS error.

2) Do I need to enable ipv6 interface on my internal interface? (I have a ipv4 only environment)

3) Did anybody have the networks adapaters are either disconnected or disabled error? What network adapter is it talking about?
