We have application called celiveo installed in server 2012 R2, we use this application for pool printing. it has option to configure SMTP, have configurred it. While automate monthly report to send to one of our group ID and indivitual mail, non of them receiving this mail ID.
Shall we locate anywhere in this windows server, if mail has triggred. for example eventlog,..?
CAn telnet this SMTP IP from this server with port number 25.
SMTP settings on the tool configurred attached. i can receive test mail while clicking "send Test Email"
