im new to network i have an issue in my job and really im not good at network
im new to this job and there IT Employee do all communication and servers before me
server room has
1 physical server as a host Roles installed DHCes and routing
scope1: 192.168.10.x
scope 2 : 192.168.20.x
2 VM (hyper-v) windows server 2008 = VM1 Role installed DC and Active directory and VM2 installed only TMG (microsoft Forefront Threat managment) and as proxy server 192.168.1.5:8080
kindly first question is this consider a good network design and if there any advise
kindly second question now for DHCP scopes there no access between scope 1,scope 2 but as internet on every scope working fine
please find information about dhcp and routing and TMG
i do tracert,nslookup,ping from scope1,scop2 and vise versa request time out
