Local System permission denied when querying DHCP scope statistics

Hi,

I have a service, Zabbix, running as local system which is unable to execute a PowerShell script to query DHCP scope statistics locally on a Windows Server 2012 R2 domain controller.

I have the same setup in a lab, running 2019, and the service is able to query DHCP scope statistics. I can't see any differences in permissions.

Any ideas why this might be happening? Shouldn't services running as Local System be able to execute Get-DhcpServerv4ScopeStatistics?
