I have 1 Windows 2008 r2 DC and 2 Windows 2003 DC's. One of the 2003 servers is at a remote site. The other two are onsite locally. I have them all setup as Push/Pull partners with each other. I am having a problem
with WINS replication as shown in the System Logs of all three servers. See below for the specific errors for each server. I am not sure what my problems is. I have ran "portqry -n ipaddress -o 42 -p both" from the 2008 server to the remote
2003 server and I get "Listening" as the result. So it looks like the ports are open. Please put some thought into it before you post a general WINS setup guide or something like that. Any help appreciated. thanks

WINS received an error while registering replicas. It will not register any additional replicas of this WINS at this time (the address is in the data section 4th-8th byte). Check a previous log entry to determine the reason for this. If you get the same error
during subsequent replication with the above partner WINS, you may want to restore the WINS database from the backup.

Event ID: 4283
WINS encountered an error while processing a push trigger or update notification. The error code is given in the data section. If it indicates a communication failure, check to see if the remote WINS that sent the trigger went down. If the remote WINS is on
a different subnet, then maybe the router is down.
Event ID: 4243
WINS Pull thread encountered an error during the process of sending a push notification to another WINS. The error code is given in the data section.
