Hello, there are many articles on how to configure 802.1x EAP-TLS using 'computer' certificates but I cannot find anything about using 'User' certificates for authentication.
Is this possible ? i.e. after auto enrolling 'user' certificates on user computers, I would then use these 'user' certificates to authenticate against an NPS network policy with a 'user group' condition ?
I am assuming the 802.1x supplicant on the end computer would provide the 'email' field of the 'user' certificate to NPS, which would then look up this field against the 'user group' condition ?
I would have previously created an 802.1x wifi profile on the user computer to authenticate via the 'user' certificate.
