Customers DHCP scope keeps filling to 100%. Not showing leases until running a reconcile on the scope, then get a bunch of entries with Unique ID that is Hex for the IP address given (so like 31302e302e302e3103000 = 10.0.0.100).
I have DHCP logging enabled. When clients get DHCP and such this is logged fine. But whatever is creating these rubbish entries filling the DHCP within an hour each time after clearing it out nothing logs. There are no entries at the times or related at all. AS there is no log I can't therefore find the actual MAC and try track down this rogue device.
I have tried deleting and recreating the DHCP scope, straight away issue continues.
How do I work this out? What am I missing here?
Why is the logging not logging when DHCP is giving addresses?
