Hey,
I have to drag an application that's hosted on a fysical server across our internal network that exists of different locations with different down- and upload speeds. The application has to be available on all locations. What's my best option so end users
get the application as comfortably as possible. If I just drag it over the netwerk the location where the fysical server is has the best end user experience.
The upload speed for that location though is just 10mb (But we are going to change it to at least 50 mb.) There's one main location with a 50mb down en upload speed the others are 70mb down and 10mb up.
Glasscable connection between all those locations is no option unfortunatly.
Shoud I look at RDS (Terminal Server) for a solution ?
But still database files are on phisical server. So loading them takes ages.
Is it possible to make this work ?
There is an option to move everything to a datacenter with therminal server but then I'll need a lot of RDS calls and the location where the physical server is won't have the best end user experience anymore or not ?
