VPN Client Gets IP Address of LAN Client

I have an ISA 2006 server set up for VPN access.  VPN is configured to use the DHCP server for assigning addresses to clients.  On the DHCP server, the Address Pool is 10.91.50.0 through 10.91.50.255.  Currently, 10.91.50.2 through 10.91.50.9 plus 10.91.50.12 and 10.91.50.13 are assigned to the ISA RAS pool.

A local DHCP client is assigned 10.91.50.11.  For some reason, when a machine on the external network makes a VPN connection, it is also assigned 10.91.50.11!  Can anyone think of a reason this would happen?  I'm not sure what to do to keep this from happening.

I notice that once a client makes a VPN connection, its assigned IP address gets added to the routing table on the ISA server.  I assume this is normal, but I had never noticed this before so it bears mentioning.

Thanks for any help with this.
