domain controller

Hello,

I have three domain controllers in the WAN with one domain controller in each site. One domain controller with allFSMO roles. My question is if one of the other two domain from one of the site with noFSMO roles hardware fail and can't be power on. Can I just build another domain controller and forget about the one which is crushed or is there special handling I need to follow?
