We have a Windows 2008 AD integrated DNS zone.
Please let us know the steps to create
172.*.*.* questions.answers.test.com
172.*.*.* marko.answers.test.com
172.*.*.* example.contoso.com
Do we required the details of name servers in this case
The steps followed were :
login to the root domain
launch dns--> forward lookup zones
Right click -->new zone
Ensure that primary zone is ticked--To all dns servers running on domain controllers in this forest is checked
enter zone name.for example answers.test.com
click on finish
Add the first 2 ip addresses
Please clarify if the above 2 steps are correct
