Hi,
We have a customer has lost internet access on their network after a power cut shutdown their network this morning. Tried to ping external sites and get the "ping request could not find host....." error, tracert gives "unable to resolve" error and nslookup cannot find server. Tried rebooting server, checked DNS service is running and all looks ok. Not sure what else I can check, anyone got any ideas?
