I would like an opinion (not scan) image attached

Among my doubts in the image below:

1 - I'm trying to learn the traffic be encrypted LDAP is passing between the station and the server 192.168.0.1 192.168.0.114 (DC), because I made a change on the server for this to occur.

2 - I saw that there MSRPC protocol and that this could be a problem with security?

3 - The NRPC protocol would be what I'm looking for, ie, encryption of LDAP?

Do more if someone can give me some tips on how I could study to understand more the Network monitor.
