Hi All!
This might be a stupid question, because I have overlooked something obvious, but I am going to ask anyway in the hope that there is anyone out there being able to give me a clue because I have been tearing out my leftover hair about this issue for a Whole day now...
I have set up Direct Access on a Windows Server 2012 machine and all is working well, except the fact that I can not ping my Windows server 2012 domain controller that has an ipv6 address. When I ping my Direct Access server, I get an ipv6 reply with the ipv6 address I gave it, but when I do the same with my DC i do not get a reply on the ping. The domain controllers ipv6 address is resolved correctly, i can see that, but there is just no reply.
When I remove the ipv6 address on my dc i can suddenly ping it and I am then getting the 6to4 address.
I would like to be able to ping my dc and have a reply on the native ipv6 address I gave it and not the translated ipv4...
Anyone who has a clue??
Thanks in advance!
