Network connection interface is missing

I have windows server 2008 r2 on hp proliant dl 580 g5

after 13 updates from microsoft about windows updats, i lose one of network connection

Lose means:

1- no network connection on network manager!

2- no access to the intreface!

3- there is no any report of second network connection on IPCONFIG and the other report!

the first one is "LAN" and the second one is "WAN", i lose "LAN"

when i was rename the other one to "LAN", windows show the message, "this name is exist, use diffrent name..."

i check the device manager, i found the problem with "Broadcom BCM5708C NetXtreme II GigE" (yellow rectangle with !)

download the driver from broadcom website, on the installation form i got the message "there is no compatible driver for your hardware"

i dont know, what the hell goes on!
