How to force AD Integrated zones to replicate after a change

Hi All, 

Is there any way to force replication between two AD Integrated DNS servers after I make a change? If I run repadmin /replsummary sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes before the sync even happens.

For bonus points, how would I then force replication between one of those servers (primary) and a secondary?
